Norman Heating & Air Conditioning will provide service at the above address for the contract period of 1 year. Contracts paid in full will expire after 1 year. Contracts that are paid monthly will auto-renew if not cancel before renewal date.
- Customer may sign a recurring payment authorization form and make monthly payments.
- Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Heating will provide a scheduled service 2 times per year for HVAC and 1 time per year for a plumbing inspection and will contact customer automatically to schedule service. Should customer require any other service, for breakdowns or any other problems, customer must contact Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing to schedule an appointment. Customer must mention the agreement to receive priority service and no overtime charges.
- Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing will make repairs not covered Comfort Club membership at a 15% discounted rate. Customer will be notified of any additional repairs needed before repair is performed.
- Customer may terminate this contract at any time by notifying Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Customers paying monthly will be responsible for paying the remaining balance on the contract.
- Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a licensed contractor in the state of Oklahoma (License 56178) and maintains a liability policy of 1 million dollars.
- Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is not responsible for loss or damage due to service by another company or individual, power loss, water, acts of God, or any other situation not in Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing's control.
- MONTHLY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION - I authorize Norman Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing to charge the following credit card the amount specified below on the 15th of every month until the contract is paid in full and that the contract will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

I (we) acknowledge that the origination of ACH to my (our) account may comply with the provisions of the United States law. If I (we) do not have sufficient funds to cover the transfer of if my (our) Financial Institution for any reason refuses to honor a transfer, I (we) will separately pay for the charges I (we) owe under my (our) contract. --- ACH WILL BE DEDUCTED 15TH OF EVERY MONTH.
